We'll be making up a few small batches of these SAA cowboy leather gun belt and holster rigs that will be available for purchase. But again, they'll be very small batches. We're talking 5- 7 at a time. So if you want one make sure you sign up. **We're not currently taking custom orders** For now, we're only offering holsters that will fit 1873 single action army guns and similar models. And for the gun belts, we're offering ammo loops in .22lr, .38spl/.357 mag and .45 colt. Down the road we'll add more models, barrel lengths, calibers and styles. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Making a Leather Craft Pattern - Adobe Illustrator for Leather Workers
Walking through the process of making a leather craft pattern, in this case, a pancake sheath or scabbard for a 4.25" Case trapper knife. I always start out on paper and pen and then to Adobe illustrator to refine it. It's always nice to have a vector format file of your pattern in case you want to send it in to a laser cutter, die maker, share it, or sell it on your site. I'll be making another video soon making this knife sheath so if you were disappointed that i didn't make it here, hang tight;) This one is just about pattern making. You can pick up this knife sheath pattern we made in the video here: https://www.stockandbarrelco.com/prod...
Using Neatsfoot Oil to Condition my Vegetable Tan Leather Bag - 2 Year Patina
My personal no.72 natural vegetable tanned leather bag was long overdo for a neatsfoot oil conditioning and care. I intentionally left it untreated for a couple years to see how it would handle. Because of the dryness of the leather I decided to use Neatsfoot oil to condition the bag and finish it off with some tan kote. We're currently out of stock of our Natural tan no.72 bags, BUT we just restocked on Buck Brown harness if you're looking to pick one up, you can check it out here: https://www.stockandbarrelco.com/
