Making a Leather Craft Pattern - Adobe Illustrator for Leather Workers
Walking through the process of making a leather craft pattern, in this case, a pancake sheath or scabbard for a 4.25" Case trapper knife. I always start out on paper and pen and then to Adobe illustrator to refine it. It's always nice to have a vector format file of your pattern in case you want to send it in to a laser cutter, die maker, share it, or sell it on your site. I'll be making another video soon making this knife sheath so if you were disappointed that i didn't make it here, hang tight;) This one is just about pattern making.
